Our meals for the week. March 2nd to 8th

Last week i posted our menu for the week ending 8th March. This is what we ate.

Monday we had Tuna pasta bake. I made these in individual dishes. I also had left overs so i put one together into a foil tray and put it in the freezer. All i need to do is put some cheese on top and brown off for a quick meal.

Tuesday we had egg & bacon English muffins., quick and easy after a busy day.

Wednesday was Beef wellingtons. I made a simple version of these by making a nice seasoned mince meat balls and rolled them in puff pastry and into the Airfryer. The were easy and tasty.

Thursday we had what i call "pot luck" my husband had some homemade sausage rolls that i had in the freezer and i had ratatouille made with home grown tomatoes & zucchini, plus mushrooms, garlic, onion and capsicum. It was easy and tasty.

Friday we had battered frozen fish, potato cakes and chips all done in the Airfryer.

Saturday we didn't have homemade egg and bacon pies as planned. I had some curry chicken pies in the freezer which hubby had and i could resist having home made ratatouille again.

Sunday we had mixed grill which was some rump steak, sausages and eggs which i cooked on the BBQ.

So we did well mostly sticking to the menu plan, considering we had a very busy week.
