Our meals for the week 24th-1st March 2020

Last Monday i posted our meal plan for this week, this is how we went with sticking to it.

Monday night we had Homemade shepherds pie. I made then in individual vintage ramekins. I put cheese on the top pf mine, hubby like his without.

Tuesday night we had homemade chicken schnitzel. We had Airfryer potatoes, carrot and sweetcorn that is now in season. I was topped off with gravy.

Wednesday we had homemade Lasagne, the sauce was cooked all day in the slow cooker. Served it with garlic rolls made in the Airfryer.

Thursday night we had Rissoles which was a markdown from foodworks so that was $3.98 for the meat. I made mash potato, carrots and baby broccoli that was $2.00 this week at Woolworths. We also had gravy with it.

Friday night we mixed grill, steak, lamb chips & sausages. I cooked hash brown triangles, egg & gravy.

Saturday night we Steak sandwiches. I used steak that was a markdown from Foodworks.

Sunday night we had Bangers & Mash, the sausages were another Foodworks markdown, served with corn on the cob & carrots topped with gravy.
