I made a little bit of a change to our planned menu for the week. Basically it was still the same ingredients but change how some of them were prepared. This is what we ate.
Monday: on the menu was Omelette & toast. We had Bacon & eggs with toast. I added some cooked home grown tomatoes to mine.
Tuesday: we had Chicken drumsticks, but included some chips & the veges was a fresh salad with homegrown cucumber & tomatoes. I topped it with some feta that was on hand.
Wednesday: I made spaghetti sauce in the slow cooker but added meatballs instead of just mince in the sauce,
Thursday: We had chicken burgers as planned.
Friday: we had the little hotdogs. There are the Don skinless little franks, in a mini bake at home dinner roll. topped with sauce & cheese and cooked for a couple of mins in the Airfryer.
Saturday: We had fettuccine carbonara and i added mushrooms on the top of mine.
Sunday: Was pot luck night. I had a frozen Lean cuisine meal that i had in the freezer, i didn't bother taking a photo of it.
